Blackthorn Restaurant and Pub: South Buffalo's Best
Wow. That was the first word that came out of my mouth after taking a bite into a mouthwatering pulled pork sandwich, smothered in cheddar cheese and topped with coleslaw and fried onions compressed between 2 softly toasted rolls…. That was a mouthful (no pun intended). I then proceeded to try the homemade jalapeno cheddar tater tots. I was overwhelmed by a combination of flavors like nothing I had tasted before, and I was thoroughly impressed. All items listed under the "house favorites" section on the menu are served with this Blackthorn original favorite. The best way to describe these jalapeno cheddar tater tots would be warm, cheesy, jalapeno-flavored potato-centered balls fried in breadcrumbs. They are to die for!
